Cura takes pride in promoting women empowerment over the years. It has always believed in the power of women to bring in success for themselves and the organisation because of their unique strengths. Cura has been running this movement called “Back to work” for women who have been on a career break for varied reasons and are longing to get back to work. This movement has been a huge success with many such women working with Cura in the past and even today and doing exceptionally well for themselves and the Company!!!! They have regained their lost confidence and are raring to fight and take on any challenges in their professional or personal lives.
